Autowash Headquarters

I had a very disappointing experience with Autowash customer service on July 9. I’ve been a loyal member for 6 years, but recently the service has gone downhill. I explained that both automatic wash bays at the Thompson Valley location have been closed since June 22, and the last time I visited the Fort Collins Manhattan Ave. location, both automatic bays there were also closed and I had to drive over to another location. As a result, I’ve had to wait over an hour just to get my truck washed, and on multiple occasions I’ve had to leave without using the wash at all. When I called customer service, I spoke with Hannah. Rather than showing any understanding or concern, she offered the equivalent of a $2 credit (1,500 points) for the inconvenience. I asked to speak with a manager, and the conversation became unpleasant. She told me I wouldn’t hear back until next week, became rude, and eventually hung up on me. For what Autowash charges for a membership, this level of service and customer support is unacceptable. Long-term members deserve better. Unless something changes, I’ll be canceling my membership and taking my business to another car wash.

One of the manual bays was closed and the bay that I went to was out of soap, so I wasn’t able to really wash my car. I ended up just spraying it off with clear water and ending the session soon. I even informed the guy who pulled up behind me that there was no soap.

The people were excellent. Very friendly and polite. Made me feel at home. They detailed my car and did an excellent job. Made the car look brand new. Thank you Levi

Levi's team did an awesome job detailing my Crosstrek! My car hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it. It took about 30 minutes and they even removed sap that had been stuck on my windshield since last summer. They were friendly and professional, and the waiting area is spacious and comfortable. I'll definitely be returning next time my car needs to be detailed. -Nils (not Nick)

The whole experience was great, they did a wonderful job with the detail and wash on my Toyota Century. Xander and Kienon absolutely killed it with the detail, looks like a mirror! I don’t have a single complaint with the service they provided, they even stayed late to detail my car and took extra care with the vehicle. Even a couple weeks later it still shines like it did when they finished. Will definitely be going back!
